Sara - Time Keepers

Sara is the prime plot device that ties Kee'ano and his gang to their descendants in the future. She is the 'key' of sorts to the whole plot of 'time keepers.' Unfortunately I never could develop her further than a few subplots she was a part of so the story still remains unfinished and open and her reasoning for the things she does is still not fully understood.

Sara is not a being of any particular 'realm.' She lives in the world in between with her mentor and 'master' Eon. Her real age, origins and purpose are unknown but during a brief stay in Kee'ano's time period and world drove her to become a rogue among her kinsmen and escape into the time stream. Keepers of time have the ability to skip about through the time stream and achieve or complete menial tasks to help bring about certain events in the future, or recover/fix moments in the past to help/hurt those later on. During a task in the Arolanae time period Sara discovers the crew (Kee'ano, Maulli and So'liin) in danger of a plot brewing against them. After spending time with the group in their travels and ultimately falling deeply in love with Kee'ano, she decides, against her better judgement, to assist the group in their journey, saves the life of Kee'ano (which causes the death of So'liin) and changing the balance of time and future. This is a crime punishable by death, wrecking the inevitable time stream to suit her own needs and Eon appears to retrieve her. Unable to destroy her because of a dark promise he made in the past Eon decides to banish Sara into another time and take away her abilities to travel until he is able to fix the mess she's wrought. Sara spends years trapped in modern day and happens upon the descendents of Kee'ano and So'liin, whom she quickly befriends (and unintentionally becomes the love interest of one of them). But during her stay odd things begin to happen, strange people have come for her and she is taken away from her new found friends to be used in a diabolical plan to force open the time stream once more to change the outcomes of the past. Aaaannnd.... that's as far as I got hahaha

Sara is a very soft spoken, gentile soul. She despises confrontation but is secretly a great fighter seeing as her job is to protect the time stream which many sorcerers attempt to use for ill. She enjoys spending time with her friends, how few they may be and loves them all deeply. She is the type who'd give up everything to save them, even her own life if permitted, and yet her inability to remain in one place for long makes it difficult for her to get close to anyone. She falls deeply in love with Kee'ano who, in turn, reciprocates her feelings but all too late. When Sara realizes their love is actually doing more harm than good she is forced to make a life altering decision that tarnishes her relationship with Kee'ano and ends up with the death of one of their friends. She is often the group's 'mother figure' seeing as she is the oldest but her bashfulness puts her in some funny situations.
